Our courses (EMPB and PMEI) are digital products delivered as enrolment in our learning platform (Moodle). Because they are digital content, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged the resulting loss of that right, as confirmed at checkout.

Our 7-day guarantee

Independently of the legal withdrawal right above, we offer our own 7-day money-back guarantee. If, within 7 days of your course access being granted, you feel the course isn’t right for you, contact us and we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at ohxalarecords@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will confirm your refund and process it to your original payment method within a few business days.

After the 7-day window

Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period will be assessed case by case, but are not covered by an automatic refund right.
