Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all digital and physical services provided by our company, including online courses, downloadable materials (PDFs, videos), subscriptions, masterclasses (in-person or online), and bootcamps.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law – Portugal: Decree-Law No. 24/2014)

Under Portuguese law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, only when applicable (see exceptions below). To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the legal period.

2. Exceptions – No Right to Withdraw

According to Article 17 of Decree-Law 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • When purchasing digital content not supplied on a physical medium, such as PDFs, videos, or online courses, if you agree to immediate access and explicitly waive your right to cancel.
  • When purchasing services (including online or in-person bootcamps, masterclasses, or subscriptions) that begin within the 14-day period, with your express consent and acknowledgment of waiver.

In these cases, your purchase is final and non-refundable.

3. Final Sale Policy

Unless legally required, all purchases are considered final, and we do not offer refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Instant access digital content (PDFs, videos, downloads)
  • Online courses and masterclasses once access has begun
  • Subscription services after the first session or access
  • In-person bootcamps and masterclasses once started

During the checkout process, you will be required to expressly consent to immediate access or service start and to waive your legal right of withdrawal under applicable EU and Portuguese law.

4. Refund Eligibility (When Applicable)

If your purchase is eligible for a refund under Portuguese or EU consumer law (e.g., withdrawal within 14 days for services not yet started), we will refund the full amount within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method.
