COMPOSITION

Chord and melody progression generator

Stuck on a chord progression is one of the most common places to get stuck at all. Generate a starting point, tweak it, and keep only what actually fits your track.

Try it

  1. Generate a progression in a minor key and listen to it looped a few times.
  2. Regenerate three times and note which one immediately sounds right for what you're making.
  3. Take that one and change a single chord by hand. Small edits often beat starting from scratch.

What to listen for

A generator gives you options faster than staring at a piano roll, but the ear still makes the final call. Treat every generated result as a draft, not a finished decision.
